Order Processing
If you have paid for your purchase(s) via credit or debit card before 3:00 pm, and this has been successfully processed, we will immediately dispatch your order. In the vast majority of cases, this means your order will be sent the next working day.

Temporarily out of stock items
If, on the extremely rare occasions, we receive payment for goods that are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to inform you immediately. Please note that even though some items are showing as ‘In stock and ready to ship‘ it does not guarantee their availability.

Delivery Cost
All UK deliveries are sent either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Interlink Express. The UK delivery cost is £5.99. International deliveries are charged depending on the destination country starting from £10.00 for most European destinations.
